CRZ :
1.	CRZ Clearance - Addition and alterations at your existing Old Kandla Terminal.
2.	CRZ Clearance for installation of 1 # of tank for storage of edible oil / vegetable oil within the Kandla Port Trust area by M/s T. V. Sujananadan and H. D. Gandhi Co., Plot No. 7, Block A, New Kandla, District: Kachchh.
3.	CRZ clearance for construction of warehouses/ Godowns in the plot, admeasuring 9100 sq. mts., adjoining to the plots No.1 to 16 near West Gate I on West of NH-8A, allotted by Kandla Port trust to various private users.
4.	CRZ clearance for construction of outfit jetty in at ABG Shipyard at Magdalla Port, District Surat.

2.	Environmental Clearance for 2X120 + 5 % MW (Total 240 + 5 % MW) coal based captive power plant by M/s Essar Steel Limited, within their existing premises at Hazira, District: Surat - Change in Fuel - Regarding.
3.	107/112 MW Natural Gas (NG) / Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) based Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) - Unit-2 at Vill. Dhuvaran, Ta. Khambhat, Dist. Anand of M/s Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. / Environmental clearance reg.
4.	300 + 10 % MW Natural Gas (NG) / Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) based Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) - Unit-2 at Vill. Utran, Ta Choryasi, Dist. Surat of M/s Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. / Environmental clearance reg.

Forests

1.	Diversion of 0.4410 ha. of forest land for laying Hydrocarbon liquid pipeline from Mundra to Kandla in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. In kutch district of Gujarat.
2.	Diversion of 5.03 ha. of forest lend for laying Salaya Mathura Crude at pipeline in favour of M/s Indiaon Oil Corporation Ltd. in Banaskantha district, Gujarat.
3.	Diversion of 2662 ha of forest land for laying Natural gas pipelinefrom Hazira-Mora in favour of Hazira LNG ltd. Ahmedabad in Surat District of Gujarat.
4.	Diversion of 0.5464 ha. of forest land for Widening two lane road into four land road of NH-8 between Km. 318/6 (Surat-Manor toll way) in Valsad District.
5.	Diversion of 8.50 ha. Of forest land for laying of undertaking water pipeline in Gandhinagar city.
6.	Diversion of 10.45 ha. of forest land for widernin of road between Bagodra to Bamanbor NH-8A Km. 150/0 to 161/0 District Surendranagar.
7.	Diversion of 3.03 ha. of forest land for laying optional fiber cable between 152/0 to 216/400 NH-8 in Bharuch.
